We want you to love your LightActim mask. If you don't, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

How do I request a return?

Email us at westerlandia123@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the steps to follow.

Conditions

• The product must be in good condition, with its original packaging, cable, and manual.
• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping cost

We cover the cost of shipping your return — you don't have to pay anything extra.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 to 7 business days, using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Exchanges

If your mask arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
